Our services. Forge Digital provides marketing services to businesses, including websites, lead follow-up, review requests and advertising. What each client gets is set out in their own agreement. Results vary by business and are not guaranteed unless your agreement says otherwise.

SMS program terms.

1. Program name: Forge Digital Messages.
2. What it's for: replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, updates about our services, and occasional offers.
3. How often: message frequency varies.
4. Cost: message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final message from Forge Digital confirming you won't get any more texts.
6. Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected], or call 801-332-0529.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts. Our Privacy Policy at https://forgemca.com/privacy-policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms. We never share your text opt-in data or consent with third parties.

Website content. Everything on this site is owned by Forge Digital. Don't copy it without our permission.

Limits of liability. This site is provided as is. Forge Digital isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
